Is Split Saver Legal
Split train tickets are legal and allowed by the National Conditions of Travel under which all companies on the national rail network operate.
When Can I Travel
There are no limitations on when you may travel. You may travel at any time, including during peak.

The train you take must stop at all the stations you have tickets for, and not just pass through them.
